Our Investment Strategy

Fund I

  • Gender-balanced, technology-driven startups in Türkiye that demonstrate scalability, high growth potential and prospects for global expansion.

    Must meet at least one of the following gender-lens criteria:

    • At least one female founder in a leadership position

    • Products or services that significantly enhance the lives of women and girls.

  • Seed, Series-A

  • ~ 85% in Türkiye-based companies (or companies with at least 51% of consolidated assets in Türkiye)

  • Agnostic.

    Favourites: E-commerce Technologies, Agritech, Biotech, Consumer Services & Products, Logistics, Cleantech, Data security, EdTech, FemTech, FoodTech, AgriTech.

  • Typically between $250K - $500K.

  • We reserve 40-60% of the fund for follow-on investments, typically up to $1M.

Fund II

  • Tech startups where global megatrends meet Türkiye's structural advantages.

  • Focus: Pre-Series A – Series B

    Opportunistic: Seed (select cases)

  • Türkiye and Turkish diaspora

  • Agnostic, but thesis-driven.
    Our focus spans Health & Longevity, FinTech, Climate & Energy, HR & EdTech, Cybersecurity & RegTech, AgTech, and Smart Production.

  • Typically between $500K and $1.5M, with flexibility depending on stage and opportunity.

  • 30-40%  of the fund for follow-on investments, typically across 1–2 rounds.
